The method of cleaning injectors, applied by our company, guarantees the level of cleanliness comparable to the one of completely new elements. Moreover, the chemical cleaners we use do not damage the components of the injectors at all, as well as they do not influence their life-span. To achieve the best effect, the method is also used to clean the panels, which can be soiled by badly filtered out dirt.
Just after the cleaning, the effectiveness of the injectors is not limited by any dirt and its possible decrease may only be the outcome of the elements wear. (The producer estimates that the life-span of the injectors is about 290 000 000 cycles). Thus, the effectiveness of the injectors is strictly connected with the condition of all the LPG system filters. As a consequence, the replacement of all the filters (both the gaseous and the liquid phase) is needed. Using additional filters (especially of the gaseous phase) helps to remarkably avoid further potential soiling of already cleaned injectors. Recommended intervals between each replacement of filters are 15 000-20 000 km. We also advise the replacement of the gas pipes bringing the evaporated gas to injectors, i.e. from evaporator to the filter of the liquid phase, and from the filter to the injectors panel, where dirt also deposits.
Cleaning the reducer, its chambers in which the process of decompression takes place, also has an immense influence on the injectors lifespan. That is why it is advisable to clean bot the injectors and the reducer.
